Happy 4th of July!!!

YOU KNOW, the smallest thing can change your life. In the blink of an eye, something happens by chance when you least expect it. It sets you on a course you never planned, to someplace you never imagined. Where will it take you? Sometimes, finding the light will take you through the deepest darkness. At least, that’s how it was for me.
Everyone has their own destiny.
Not everyone makes the choice to follow it.
I’m lucky I did.

Remembering the Tragedy in Orlando

Many have contacted Jordan’s Underground for Saving the Lives of Children and requested comments and statements from a spiritual point of view about the attack in Orlando and the effects it has on the people’s lives that will never be the same. Some wonder if they can trust to be able to live like a free, true American. They ask, “What does Jordan Jantz feel about this tragic event in American history and its effects on the people in the attack itself in Orlando, Florida?”

“Well, I would like to respond to many of you with an outreach of love and sympathy that someday there will be no confusion that plagues the minds of others. Clarity will rule our lives with the love we so need to walk in, for each individual. Yes, many of my friends have been involved directly but out of respect I prefer to not drop names for I know all of us are going through suffering, but I will continue on my mission to help other children like myself lead the way for a brighter tomorrow. Sending much sympathy to Orlando, from Jordan’s Underground for Saving the Lives of Children.”
-      Jordan Jantz

SALT LAKE CITY — LDS Church leaders are mourning and praying for the victims of a gunman who killed 50 and wounded 53 others in Orlando early Sunday morning in the deadliest shooting attack in U.S. history.
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints released the following statement:

Jordan Jantz has put the name of every victim in the Orlando shootings and their families in the Orlando Temple. He asks for prayers for the families, that they and others directly affected will feel the presence of Jesus Christ. Jordan Jantz has great faith and respects all people, including every human being in Orlando that was a part of the shooting, and he faithfully believes they will rise above like giants and declare God’s glory in the heavens.
Jordan thanks all of you who have supported the challenges of understanding how painful it is to experience loss as in the case of what happened in Orlando, seeing your friends leave this earth and go to the next life. Jordan’s goal is to touch every friend and person that comes into his life through his service in the temple and through prayer,  believing that the manifestation of the holy spirit will touch each heart who asks the Lord for His presence to come and ease their life.
As Jordan states, when the Lord comes into your life, He removes all the shame and no one is better than another person. We are all equal in God’s eyes, for John 3:16 says, … “whosoever believes in me shall not perish but have everlasting life.”
Jordan is dedicated to serving human beings who have been affected through loss such as what has happened in Orlando. May God bless America through all this. And may we all see the light of our ways and hold on to the most important thing in life, and that is Jesus Christ.

This is where I call in. I continue to put my friends’ names in the Orlando Temple: 407-876-0022
I will always stand by those who have stood by me when there was no one around but emptiness and death. True friends come out to embrace as Jesus Christ embraced all men and women who asked for comfort.  This is where I send my friends to help them with spiritual comfort, for everyone around the world knows that I walways be a Voice of Hope.
"With the rest of the nation, we mourn the tragic loss of life and serious injuries that occurred in Orlando this morning. We pray for the families and loved ones of the victims of this senseless shooting and pray they will be comforted and cared for as they seek to heal. Our prayers and support are also with community leaders and law enforcement officials as they continue to investigate this shocking crime."

About Embraced
It is hard times that change the course of our lives. In this book I reveal these moments to show my own fallibility. This book is far different from what I originally envisioned. It reflects what I've found not what I predicted. This book does not follow a conventional outline because as you all know, real life is not conventional. Each experience can become embraced in our life.
About Out of the Closet Into the Light
After living a life of abuse, abandonment and homosexuality, Jordan Jantz made the ultimate choice. Leaving his old life behind, Jordan came to know and understand God's love for him, as well as discover his own part in the eternal plan. But this book isn't just about his Christian conversion and lifestyle change, it is also about all the things he suffered that helped to bring him to this point. It's about everything he was, everything he is, and everything he is on his way to becoming. Simply put, this is the story of his journey from the painful, cold darkness into the light. A portion of the proceeds from Out of the Closet Into the Light will be donated to The Christmas Box International to support abused and neglected children.

Memmorial Day Message From Jordan

If I could change your world, I would bring more sunlight to your universe.

You know, the smallest thing can change your life. In the blink of an eye,
something happens by chance when you least expect it. It sets you on a course you never planned to someplace you never imagined. Where will it take you? Sometimes, finding the light will take you through the deepest darkness. At least, that’s how it was for me. Everyone has their own destiny. Not everyone makes the choice to follow it. I’m lucky I did.

The final Fireside Celebration in Portland was an incredible experience.
Jordan is so excited to have given 10 years to the same-gender attraction ministry within the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. In Jordan’s words:
“I will continue to support all who live with same-gender attraction, but I’m so excited and you will be, too, about this new venue to embrace the lives of children with similar backgrounds as mine in their life. Kindness is a true expression of the Spirit of God for us to share with all brothers and sisters this Memorial Day and every day.

Jewel, your message moved the entire stake when you spoke at the fireside in Downtown Portland. Out of respect, you will always be my premier because of your kindness and transparency that is not plastic-fantastic, for our friendship is true-blue. Thanks for making my last A-Ha moment at my finale fireside FIREWORKS for my years spent with the Same-Sex Attraction ministry in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and supporting my life-mission to change the lives of those touched by child trafficking and other dysfunctional and criminal activity. These doors are now open for me, and I
would be crazy not to embrace this path for the children.
I love all of you in North Star and my spiritual family. Please don’t run from this new spiritual blessing but grab my hand for I need you more than ever in my life, for I am pitted against the principalities of darkness to save children’s lives. With the political support from my city and government agencies, I want to share my heart with all of you who are buying my newly released book, Embraced, for this mission.”
I will be posting the new blog link soon.

Portland Memories

This past weekend, two of my daughters and I had an amazing time in Portland with Jordan, and we made some memories that I will always treasure. Yes, it was rainy and I was desperately in need of a vitamin D exposure fix, but Jordan made it a memorable experience and was the perfect host.
Oregon is so beautiful and green, and it reminded me of North Carolina. It had the same feeling as the Smokey Mountains. We drove around and saw some of the sights and took lots of pictures. Then I was privileged to speak at a fireside hosted on by the Beaverton Stake, along with Jordan and President Allen Oyler. The fireside was centered on the atonement of Christ and I was so grateful to be invited to participate.
During the fireside- which was Jordan's last in Portland- he told the congregation about the new direction in which he is now inspired to shift his focus, and that direction is to help shed light on the problem of child trafficking. After speaking on same sex attraction for so many years, God is leading him in a new direction now. I am so proud of him and will support him fully. In fact, I will be creating a separate blog for him to share his thoughts and updated info on his work in this endeavor.

Sunday, we drove to the coast and attended church at the Seaside ward. We were invited to dinner by an
acquaintance of Jordan's but Jordan had already planned a picnic dinner for us. And what a dinner it was! We picnicked in the Seaside resort town, dining on baked spiraled ham, potatoes, rolls, French silk pie, and muffins. He fed us well and we were completely stuffed. We walked around for a bit and took more pictures before driving up to a view spot overlooking Cannon Beach. It was a wonderful ending to a great weekend.

It was hard to say goodbye to Jordan and I miss him already, but I'm really looking forward to supporting him in the new direction God is taking him. I'm so proud of him for how far he has come, and though I know there will always be challenges in his life, I'm so grateful to know that God will always be watching over him and the Savior will see him through until his work on this earth is done, and then beyond.
