3 Yea, O Lord, how long shall they suffer these wrongs and unlawful oppressions, before thine heart shall be softened toward them, and thy bowels be moved with compassion toward them?
7 My son, peace be unto thy soul; thine adversity and thine afflictions shall be but a small moment;
8 And then, if thou endure it well, God shall exalt thee on high; thou shalt triumph over all thy foes.
D&C 121: 3, 7-8
15 ¶ Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.
16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?
17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.
18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.
19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.
Matthew 7: 15-19
We are fast approaching the day of the Savior's return, and the closer that day draws, the darker the spirits of men become - the spirits of some, but not all.
The Lord will always recognize His own. He will bless His true people, those who are pure in heart and prepared to meet Him. Those who are not His, meaning, those who possess evil, cruel, and dark hearts, will wither away before Him.
We live in a day when so many call evil good and good evil, and sadly, many who possess this mindset are supposed people of God, even members of His true church. Yes, they are members of God's church, yet they do not set an example of what a Christian should be. In fact, they are so far off the mark that their example is a shadow on God's church and brings missed opportunities to share the gospel of Christ with souls who may be searching, thus carrying on Satan's work.
But just as God's plans will not be altered, the Deceiver's reign will not last, neither will his minions continue to flourish. Each evil act they participate in to destroy souls only adds another layer of sure destruction to their own, and for them, there will be no escape, for their fate will be sealed.
Jordan has had more persecution heaped upon him than most men could suffer, yet he continues in the faith. He soldiers on because he knows the Savior knows and understands his sorrows and griefs. The Master tread the winepress, felt the agony and the pain of each and every injustice, shed His blood in the Garden of Gethsemane for those injustices, then gave His life and sealed Himself as savior and judge. There is no changing that.
Jordan, God loves you! The Savior is walking by your side always, and angelic warriors stand armed and ready to fight for you and bear you up.
You will NEVER, EVER be alone!
Out of the Closet Into the Light
After living a life of abuse, abandonment and homosexuality, Jordan Jantz made the ultimate choice. Leaving his old life behind, Jordan came to know and understand God's love for him, as well as discover his own part in the eternal plan.
But this book isn't just about his Christian conversion and lifestyle change, it is also about all the things he suffered that helped to bring him to this point. It's about everything he was, everything he is, and everything he is on his way to becoming.
Simply put, this is the story of his journey from the painful, cold darkness into the light.
A portion of the proceeds from Out of the Closet Into the Light will be donated to The Christmas Box International to support abused and neglected children.
